• Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my SUV" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your leather interior, please post in the Interior section - and so on... I backed out of the garage and hit my side mirror on my camper door handle, because why not? It bent my mirror forward. Looks like this has happened to others before as well. Nothing appears to be broken. I followed the advice I. This post - passenger-side-mirror-bent-forward, to set things right. I was able to get to the point of turning the motor/gear however, I cannot get the two parts to align at all. Any advice would be appreciated as to what I could be missing, other than being a mechanic. TIA

I have a slightly similar issue, I have no noticeable damage to my right side mirror and no knowledge of it getting hit (I'm the only driver) but one day the right side mirror stopped closing simultaneously with the other mirror. The only way I can get it to close with the left side mirror is to turn the car on and then turn it off. It's intermittent so it may or not "misbehave" when it eventually goes to the KIA dealership.
