• Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my SUV" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your leather interior, please post in the Interior section - and so on... Side mirrors

How do I open my side mirrors?
1) read the manual received when you got the car
2) search before posting. Many other threads discussing this.

Not a very welcoming response to a first post. If you mean to unfold the side mirrors, the forward button on the driver door switch panel will fold/unfold the mirrors

If someone wanted a welcoming response they would post a nice intro instead of a one liner question for their first post. Both points I noted would give them the answer they’re looking for if they spent less than a minute looking into it and a suitable response for their post.

Search on forums always sucks. Just answer or ignore the thread. Don’t be a forum snob. At least they joined and asked a question instead of posting a stupid intro just to avoid an annoying banner.

Did I not answer how they could find out? I don’t have a Telluride yet so can not give specifics.

I think we can all agree that your answer was not the kind of answer that OP was looking for nor found helpful

I guess really the first question should be, what model Telluride does this person have?

If it’s an LX or S, they will have to rely on good old manual means to unfold them.

If it is an EX or SX, then they can push the button by the mirror controls/power window switches to unfold them.

I do agree that searching can be a struggle sometimes (both in the forum and on the owners manual)...and its just easier to ask the question (no matter how silly) on a forum and let the crowd sourcing work for you.
That being said...has the OP even responded to see if they've gotten their answer?
