• Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my SUV" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your leather interior, please post in the Interior section - and so on... Hi guys,

I am in the process of picking between a Telluride or Palisade and I had a question about the Telluride sideview mirrors. I know they automatically open and close when you enter and leave the vehicle, but can they be closed by the push of a button to get into a garage without manually doing it? I have a narrow garage and was wondering if I had to do this manually everytime.

Thanks!

Yes, there is a manual open/fold switch. Just want to note that power folding mirrors are offered in EX trim and up.

Yes, I wanted this feature too, as I have a narrow garage. But actually I don't use it (though I'm glad to have the option). They don't stick out as much beyond the widest part of the vehicle as it seems. I just kinda squeeze 'er in now!

Would anyone happen have the dimension from mirror to mirror when they are closed or in the folded in position? Thanks!

On my 21 Telluride EX there's a button in front of the driver's window controls for folding the mirrors.
