I found a similar advertisement at www.superautousa.comHas anyone used these? Fits Kia Telluride 2020 UP In-Channel Vent Window Visors Rain Guard Deflectors
Very interesting.I found a similar advertisement at www.superautousa.com
Appears you need to install clips in the window channel to push the deflectors to the side and then the window closes into the clip.
In all my years of using WeatherTech in-channel deflectors, I've never seen this design.

Originally had the OEM ones, but the both rears were starting to come off a little after a year. Water also dripped through the visors where the clips were, so I thought I'd give these a shot since Weathertech still only has fronts. They are a lot thinner than the OEM ones, so they are rather flexible. They sit rather close to the glass. With the OEMs, I could still slide my hand between the glass and visor to wash/wipe windows, which in hindsight is maybe why they started coming off. They are about a 1/4inch short, however, they will do until Weathertech releases a full set. I may end up just adding new tape to the OEMs, so I don't think I would recommend these unless you had a hole burning in your pocket.
