• Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my SUV" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your leather interior, please post in the Interior section - and so on... So my vehicle was at the dealership and they're saying the front and rear differential and transfer case fluid needs to be changed every 60000

So pretty much I just put that all in the heading but I believe there's blowing smoke up my butt I thought it was only if you submerged the vehicle that the transfer case and differentials need to be changed?
I'm currently at 62000 miles.
Thanks 🤙

Just inspected, I believe, starting at 37.5K

Yes....if you're following the normal maintenance schedule. You're supposed to inspect every 37.5K miles.

But if you follow the Severe Maintenance schedule...you're supposed to replace every 75K miles

Cool deal thank you everyone that's what I thought I am changing the transmission fluid though just just because we drive the heck out of this vehicle and I have done some towing for long distances.
