Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my SUV" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your leather interior, please post in the Interior section - and so on... Software update message

So I attempted to update my Navi pre April 2025 (it was actually Nov 2024) and during the install the car died and then this message was onscreen below. I attempted to disconnect the battery for like 10 minutes to see if that would help and nothing. Tried plugging in the USB but it just thinks it is at the latest and there is no software to be found to update. I took it to the dealer back then in 2024 and they said they resolved it. As I drove off the message popped back up. Didn't have time to deal with it then so I just let it go as it wasn't the end of the world. Now since this April software isn't available they say there is nothing they can do until that is resolved and feels like a cop out that everyone else here is experiencing. Anyone have any thoughts on how to resolve this error on the screen?
