I modified the Smarliner cargo mat that covers the third row, so that the third row seats can independently fold up and down. It isn't in the least bit perfect, but it works. Selling due to upgrading the mat. Can arrange for pick up in Southern California, Laguna Woods area. Can ship, but I'd guess it will be ~$50 to ship via UPS.
Below is a stock image of the mat I purchased. I cut on the red lines (I didn't want to cut all the way across for each folding seam so that it maintains some structural integrity). I covered the seams with 3M tape, and used plastic weld around the edges of the tape to further secure it and help prevent the tape from peeling. Then I used a rubber edge trim to go around all edges, and velcro strips to hold them to the back of the seats.
