• Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my SUV" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your leather interior, please post in the Interior section - and so on... Picked up our new 2023 Telluride SX-P Saturday and last night was the first time driving it at night. I noticed when on the radio the background was very splotchy. The black had a lot of white ghosting in it. When in the regular home menu with just the icons the black is perfect and not spoltchy. I've attached pics. Is this normal. I hope not.

Are you able to snap a photo of your FM screen. I see a little white on the website you shared but nothing like my screen shows. Tks
That’s exactly what it looks like (you can see it on the website example). Why, I don’t know.

Here it is in the April version:1671738891774.webp

Current version, still there.

Thanks so much for sharing. Crazy that this is normal. It looks terrible IMO. Guess I'll cancel my warranty visit now. I was actually thinking of selling the car thinking that taking half the dash off to replace the entire infotainment/digital display would just lead to rattles and creaks down the road. I can't believe KIA thinks this looks good.

Looks like the protective film is still on there.
