Steel rims advice

Hey everyone just a quick question. I'm looking to buy some winter tires that measure 245-60-18. The steel rims I want to buy aftermarket from some guy has the same bolt pattern of 5×114.3 which is the telluride size. But his tire size that were on his rims that he is selling measure slightly different than the tire size than mine. His tires were 235 50 18. Does anyone know if I buy the tires that are 245 60 18 if they're gonna fit on the rims that had the tires of 235 50 19 on them? Tks.

If you could get the rim width, this would help. Off hand , I would say no problem as long as the rims aren't wearing tires at the width limits

You need to ensure that the rims have the right specs to clear the brakes and caliper irrespective of bolt pattern. If they came off a previous Telluride you won't have a problem putting different 18" tires on the rims if they are for that size tire.

Some Telluride's have 18s, so they SHOULD fit over the caliper, but you'll have to confirm that, but yes, the tire size you want should fit that rim without issue. The difference in tire size between what they have on them now versus what you want to put on them is yours are 1 centimeter wider.
