I'm curious - did they set the expectation that you will get a 2020 or a 2021? Also - how many SXP allocations are in front of you? I think there are 6 or 7 in front of me. I am really curious to see how many SXP allocations they get on Monday next week. Will determine if I get picked up this month or next.

no, he did not give us the expectation of getting a 2021. we have ordered a 2020 and he said there’s a chance of getting a 2021 since wait time is so long. I didn’t ask how many were in front of us

Yeah - there are so many factors. We are getting closer (based on wait times) to orders rolling over to the 2021 model year - but those dates haven't been released yet. Also - depending on sales volume at the dealership the allocation each month could go up and down - which will impact how many orders get filled each month. We will have to wait and see what happens. Unfortunately the SXP trim is in the highest demand which means longer wait times. Keep us posted on how yours moves through the pipeline.

Just wanted to publicly thank Stephen for his help in this matter. Wife drove the car home the other day and really likes it. Good thing. She left this morning for a four day trip. Once she gets back I might get a chance to drive it! Thanks again, Stephen!

Stephen is a rock star in my opinion. I just realized that of all the pictures my daughter took, I picked the one where my wife has her eyes closed, which is her favorite trick when getting her picture taken. I just don't want any of you to think I bought a new car for a blind woman.|

Seriously, aside from getting me a special order car in record time, Stephen kept me informed ever step of the way. I never had to wonder how my order was coming along. First he oltd me the order was placed and gave me the order number. Then he told me he had got a date of production and that the car should go into production on March 11th. Then he sends me the window sticker and the VIN and I called to asked if they were still on schedule for March 11th. He said, NO! They are ahead of schedule that is why I sent you the window sticker and your VIN, your car is already done, it is sitting in the lot waiting to be shipped to us. Then when it arrived at he dealership three days later, he notified me and sent pictures and a video. Then he let me know when the transport company was coming to pick the car up and bring it to Las Vegas. Then he told me the car was loaded and on the way. And today, I got this beautiful new car. March 12th. and the car wasn't even supposed to go into production until March 11th.

I have never experienced customer service like this. I'm a customer for life!

As you can see from the amount of cargo you can carry this is the new "Corona Virus Panic Buying" model. We will only need to make 1 trip daily to COSTCO now.
