Still not seeing VIN in failcat

I spoke with my sales rep a few weeks ago and she said my delivery date was set to October 9th. I’m still not seeing my VIN in failcat. Should I be worried?

I'd be worried if your delivery was 10/9 and the VIN isn't in Failcat. It may just be missing data, so I'd reach out to the dealer for the VIN. I have a 10/6 delivery and my VIN showed up in Failcat on 9/3.

it varies by location. I've seen VINS go from appearing on failcat to delivery in 2 weeks

My vin never showed up in failcat but I have a 10/15 eta. I asked the dealer for the VIN and they sent me the sticker. Failcat missed it around 9/16. If you look you can see the last 6 digits are sequential so there are gaps. Did your dealer send you a Vin? If you you can plug it into the url for the stickers.

Oh yay. I’m glad to hear that!I don’t have it yet - my rep was out today so I’m going to call tomorrow and get it from her so I can see!
