Still waiting on Vin after 8+ months

I need help.

I ordered a Telluride from Kia of Murfreesboro on Feb 1st, 2021. The dealer told me it would be 2-3 months for it to arrive on the lot. It has now been over 8 months and still no car (or vin). I’ve been calling since April and they always tell me “it could be here any day”.. well I called yesterday and was told that they can’t promise that it will arrive by January. What is going on here?!?

I am desperate for answers, but no one can provide any. I just feel defeated and taken advantage of.

The answer to the question you asked before is the same answer that you will get now. Unless they can show you the printout from Kdealer that they actually ordered your vehicle, run as fast as you can. They are in the top half of allocations. Sounds like you are being played......
