• Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my SUV" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your leather interior, please post in the Interior section - and so on... the primacys where the original tires on the car - worn out at 25K - so I'm looking for tires that will last longer, comfortable ride and low noise (if possible), are good in dry and wet and meant for town driving.

I am in NJ

The shop owner (who is not trying to sell me anything, and told me to go to costco if the price was lower), advised to avoid the ccr2 as we don't have a lof of snow days and that for town driving and frequent stops, the defender was the right choice.

The defenders did not do well in the tire rack tests cv the ccr2 and even the Primacy tour A/S.

I'm now leaning towards the Primacy tour A/S but weary of their thread life if they are similar to the LTX.

Any experience with the Defender 2 and comparison with the other 2?
