• Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my SUV" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your leather interior, please post in the Interior section - and so on... $3400 for a two-man tent? Well, if you're really stupid with your money I guess! How many much nicer tents could you buy on Amazon?

wow, I could spend many nights in a Holiday Inn Express for that kind of $$

I saw that and said "I getting one"...then I saw the price!! Yikes, I'll stick with a regular tent.

If you reach Amazon for "Rooftop tents" there are lots of similar options for less money. They're still not "cheap" but less.

////////////// But why ? WTF sleeps on their cars ???

People who want to sleep outside and don't want to get eaten by bears? :ROFLMAO:

well clearly sleeping in a tent on top of a car wont keep you safe from bears which was one of your concerns ....................................

Ah ok. So the guy that tells people to camp in hotels is an expert in wildlife safety. Got ya. For the record, not many people won't have their windows rolled down in bear country. Back to the tent, is it expensive? yup. Does it serve a purpose? Obviously or else they wouldn't be popular, especially for overlanders.
