• Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my SUV" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your leather interior, please post in the Interior section - and so on... The KIA Telluride in Wolf Gray

I'm kinda struggling to decide how I feel about it. I agree it looks flat compared to the others but I still think it's striking and makes the black trim pop.

Also think it has a little chameleon characteristic to it, whereby it'll vary depending on the light outside.

Ultimately I do think it lines up with what they showed on the dealer website and even if I got another color, I'd always be wondering what if on the wolf gray, so think I'll stick with it. Still bummed about not being able to get the brown interior though. That's whack.

It was a slightly darker gray in person than I was expecting based on pictures I had seen of the Wolf Gray K5 which I really liked, but overall it was just too flat a finish for me, personally. It’s very much a cousin of the Ceramic Silver Stinger in terms of flatness. If you like that, you’ll love this. I’m kicking myself for not taking a full side and back picture - sorry y’all!

I have not seen a K5 in person, just pics. If this is anything like the Cement colored Tacoma’s or the Nardo Gray Audi’s, then I will be very happy (as will the wife). 😬

No worries on the extra pics!

This is a sports car / sporty European car color, not a 7 seater SUV color. Looks decent with the nightfall package, but think it might not age as well on the Telluride as it would in a sedan.

I had high expectations for WG and can’t help but feel underwhelmed. The 2nd set of pics in the sun make it look better, however, it still looks like it’s missing some zing. Had been debating WG vs. GWP so I’m happy I went with GWP. A front tint + painted calipers can maybe give it more of an edge

With the lack of enthusiasm in this thread now and all the predictions of this color not "aging well", maybe this is why KIA hasnt advertised it yet (from what I've seen anyway.) You'd think with it being exclusive to the NF package it'd be KIAs flagship look for NF advertising and they'd be pushing it hard, guess not. Maybe it didn't do well with the focus groups either once they decided to go with it.
2022s should have the red interior that'll make it pop!

Maybe so. They're also catching up with existing 2019/2020 orders so there may not have been a big roi to marketing the WG heavily.

Clam - glad you posted, but I have a question that I have asked before, but it begs asking again to see if someone has any new intel....you indicate that you can "upgrade" to Prestige, but according to the kia.com build site you can't have an SX WG Telluride that is NOT Prestige (it automatically adds Prestige to the build when I select WG exterior color)....I have talked to MANY sales reps and so far no one has convinced me they can order without Prestige for the SX WG.... I personally love the WG color, but actually not crazy about having to get the Prestige upgrade in spite of so many here saying it is worth it.
The first batch of non-Prestige Nightfalls dropped into Failcat today...

I wonder what it would look like with the chrome...

I mean if you go to KIA website - the WG is the model shown for the Telluride.

I like the fact that it even has a light metallic flake in the paint. It’s unique. I still wish it was a tad darker so it could match my fast car.

Maybe now idk my mobile versiononly shows it in the configurator. NF has been on dealer lots for nearly 3mo and the desert photos and video advertisements they produced last winter do not show it. For a NF exclusive color to what was supposed to be a limited run package you'd think they might advertise it idk

Again, each to their own and every one has their own preference/opinion.....but this is not what I was expecting from Wolf Gray.
I am not sure what everyone was expecting and why they were so excited about it. Being old enough to have had a black & white TV when I was a kid, I can tell you gray is not a color, but a shade between black and white! I always loved metallic colors too...and can’t imagine having a flat color on a car unless it was something really bright. RIP Snow White Pearl—that was a badass color—and now they’ve changed it to “Work-Truck White”. I don’t get it

Lol
I don't get why I had to pay the measly $100 price increase on my 2021 converted 2020 SWP. Because covid I suppose.
2020 is just a dumpster fire, that much I think we can all agree on. Strange times we're living in, stay safe and healthy thats all 👍

Lol work truck white

My WG arrived at the dealer yesterday. Inspection is on Monday. Dealer is 5 hours away. I’ve decided to trade our old vehicle in, so no shipping. I’ve got to figure out which day this week I can go, AND I’m trying to surprise my wife with this car. Working on my excuse for going out of town now! 😬

“Work Truck white” was exactly my first impression too. Also that the Nightfall makes it look a little too much like a police car. I’m glad someone else thought exactly the same...just too stark and flat without the color depth of SWP.

I was in love with the Snow White Pearl and so disappointed when I saw the photo comparing the two side by side. My VIN popped up in Failcat last week but I’ve put myself back to the start of the line for a new order because I just can’t love it.

Hey, I was going for the “Blue collar- Work Truck White”,,, or “ Police Car White” look,, depending on my mood of the day! 💃🚛🚓😉😎👏🥰
