I have read a lot of posts about AeroBlade bars in the past. Here's one that may be of interest, and there are many others in the thread. If this doesn't help, then hopefully someone else will respond who has installed the system.

Thule Cross Bar Installed

Finally got the fit kit KT 4113 from Thule. Perfect fit... Here are some pictures of the fit kit and cross bar.

I just installed the 7603B (B is the black version) on my 2021 SXL Nightsky (Canada name for SX Prestige Nightfall), and had no issues opening and closing the sunroof. I have yet to put on my Thule XT Motion Cargo box but feel there will probably be enough room with it installed to operate the sunroof properly. Here's a couple of pics of the install, including a close up with the sunroof up. Hope these are helpful.

I have the Thule Motion XT XL installed and can open sunroof with no issues.

My experience with the bars and box perfectly centred on the Telluride is that I can only open about 25% with the box on due to its clamps reaching below the bars. With just the bars I can get the sunroof open 100%.
