Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my SUV" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your leather interior, please post in the Interior section - and so on... After not receiving the status of my original order after two days, I called customer care to get the shipping status and the lady “assured” me that it will not ship until January of 2020. She said their website “in stock” status was wrong and she was going to get it corrected.
Based on this I cancelled my original order, but I didn’t trust her so I reordered through their website and was able to monitor shipping status without having to interact with their uninformed CSR.
Bottom line, it is in stock, at least the fit kit 4113. The fit kit is the critical piece that makes their bar system compatible with the KT.
The feet and the bar are somewhat universal so I ordered it from another place to save about $100. The fit kit shipped in 3 business days so I am expecting it tomorrow.
