• Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my SUV" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your leather interior, please post in the Interior section - and so on... Tire Wear Issue

G-805733

Bought brand new a 2022 S model, and after about 25,000 miles I had to replace the OEM (Pirelli's). I ended up getting a flat, which was not fixable - they refused to patch, as the tire was all worn an destroyed on the inside of the wheel. Ended up replacing with new tires, and I am at about 50k and got another flat! this was fixable but was told I needed new tires again! (they patched the tire for me even though they were not "allowed" to due to the condition of the wheel). When I got the new tires, they checked the alignment to find out why the tires were wearing they way the did, and only "tweaked" the alignment a bit, but said I did not need one. We ended up getting the General Altimax because they were rated pretty well for snow and ice. We have always bought these tires for all our SUV's (we also have another KIA - Sorrento) and have never had this issue until I got the Telluride.

I do live in Vermont, and I do drive on a dirt road to get to my street (paved) so I get that I would possibly need to have my alignment checked more often due to the pot holes, etc from the dirt road, but this is ridiculous that I would need to replace my tires again. That would be 2 new set of tires in 3 years! Same issue as before - wearing on the inside. I was reading that the Michelin Defender or CrossClimate are recommended but

1. How do they do in snow/ice conditions?
2. Before I replace my tires (again!) is there something else I should look at for my car - Alignment or is it something else?
