• Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my SUV" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your leather interior, please post in the Interior section - and so on... Went to clean out the back seat and noticed this. My son usually sits back here so I’m guessing something he was wearing caught on it? It feels super flimsy.

Super frustrated because this is on a 6-week old (2k miles) 2024 SX-P X-Pro.

Any chance Kia will cover this? How do I even go about getting the panel replaced?

You can try. And yes it looks flimsy. I've stated before, it looks like bonded leather which is basically a leather "veneer ".

Kia may replace it if you can prove the rest of the leather on the seat is defective. Otherwise they will say it's damage caused by the customer.
