Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my SUV" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your leather interior, please post in the Interior section - and so on... Touch door lock and unlock and smart lift gate not working

2024 telluride the touch sensor on front door that lock and unlock the doors are not working, and the smart lift gate too, the settings for the smart gate are all selected all the functions on the key fob are working good I replaced the battery on both key fob and still the same checked the fuse for the power door and its good. Just wonder if anyone have had the same issue or know a solution before I set up an appointment with the dealership.
