You probably can get one from your local Kia dealer. Call and ask if they can sell you one.

The online Kia parts sites sell touch up paint pens, or you can try one of the aftermarket paint sites. I've used this outfit in the past; they did an excellent paint match on a color that the manufacturer discontinued 20 years ago:
