Track My Car / Location Question

Are you able to track your Telly's location in the Kia Access App if the doors are unlocked? I read on another forum that the doors have to be locked in order to track the location of the car, but I am just trying to confirm. Does anyone know?

Wondering about this too. Having my car delivered, we activated connect over tbe phone but the find my car button isn’t there. I can’t track it. But my trips work and all other features. It only shows where I am

Mine was the same, but after a couple days it was there. If you press that circle with the dot on the right side eventually your vehicle should show up. I finally was able to see location as it was being shipped.

I’ve pressed that circle icon a million times lol does nothing so far. However it will show my phones location with the green dot!
