Hey @StephenCantrelle - my dealer says I have an ETA of 11-15, but can't give me a VIN yet. Not sure how he determined that. Failcat has a VIN that is ALMOST exactly my configuration (minus ambient lighting, which I am guessing might have been out of stock?), as 5XYP5DHC3NG227335 - initials JB. Is this my car?

Hello @StephenCantrelle, I'm confused about VIN# 5XYP5DHC9NG226576. The top of the dealer sheet says it's Wolf Gray with Black interior but in the interior description it says Napa Brown leather seats. I don't know if it's mine or some one else's. I ordered SXP, Wolf Gray, Tow package on 7/12 and put down a deposit, my initials are MG or LG.

Premium interiors appear this way on the window sticker. My dealer did tell me this back when I placed my deposit.

So - my rep has been out the last two days and I finally heard back from her. We spoke a few weeks ago and she told me she had the vin and I could come in to do the paperwork. She just returned my call and when I asked if I could get the VIN she said she doesn’t have one. She has an 8 digit number that is what the vin turns into? The number she gave me was 0714J001. Is there anything I can do with this to track the status of my vehicle? She originally told me the delivery date was October 9 but now she’s saying it’s pushed back but wasn’t able to give me a date?

The number provided is part of the internal number which does changed into the VIN once Telluride starts production. unfortunately I can not help track without a VIN. Check failcat to see if anything matches your build at the store you ordered from. If one pops up then put VIN here and I can see if your name is attached.

It is true we as a dealer can see ETA's for our incoming units before a VIN is assigned.
