The only thing they can provide is the order form with the request ID number.... The request ID number just breaks down to what you ordered and the date you ordered it on.

The Vin does not generate until the car is starting its production.

Use the search tool at the top right and search Kdealer vs Kfos..(select title box only).

It is important for you to know if you are ordering from a larger or smaller allocation store and what number you are in the queue to get a real idea of wait time.

Sounds like your dealer doesnt know what they are doing. Mine was able to convert my order and keep my place in line. I ordered January and hope to have it in a couple weeks.
