Thanks Stephen! I think it's time to talk to the manager to get a better answer. He said he was 'checking the system' and then 4 hours later called back to say he doesn't know and there is no update. I don't understand how you can see the update and he cannot... or maybe he's just a bad salesguy. Thanks again.

How did you make out? I am in a similar situation the VIN was generated with our order and name but now it is showing as dealer stock and listed on their website...Salesman didn't respond to my questions yet...

We can not see where In Transit it is physically at. only that our system is showing it is En Route from Factory to your dealer
