Hi @StephenCantrelle, me again. Can you please check on 5XYP54HC7NG195327 for me? Didn't arrive 7/6 or 7/7 as we thought it would. Looks like this is the 2nd time the arrival date has been pushed back. Hoping it'll get there today.

Not yet in transit to dealer... ETA showing 07-13 as of today

Dealer is telling me no VIN yet and ETA is now 7/22. Can you provide the current status you see? Last name is Dorsey just in case the JD matched someone else. Thanks!

only way that is normal is if dealer location is next to plant... otherwise you should have a VIn any day now.. if you are on the west coast this is not normal
