Will my Dealer Request Number do me any good to track my vehicle? After finding out there was transport damage to my 1st order, I requested placing a new order for a variety of reasons. I remembered somewhere on this platform to ask for my Dealer Internal Order Number. The Dealer Request Number is what I received. My salesman did reflect that later, Kia would assign the vehicle "a different number", and as soon as He knew that, he'd forward. However, getting info out of them has been a bit of a chore. Please advise.
