"Again" doesn't really help him because he answers so many requests. Can you edit your request and put the VIN and your initials in it?

ETA's are not 100%.. they move quite frequently.. also keep in mind the dealer will need to do a pre-delivery inspection. The inspection takes a few hours for each car.. If they get a full truck load or multiple trucks(not just Telluride) that may delay the time table
