I see different name on this one. This is normal if you put a deposit on one already assigned to dealer and incoming.. If you did a custom order this isn't the one.

Someone on the Telluride forum sent me to you, as I'm besides myself in trying to find out if the vehicle I pre-ordered was sold to someone else.
