My initials are DA and my wife is CA, I am not sure which would have been listed.
Can you tell me if this one is mine and a target arrival date

If you did a custom order than this is not the one.

Very unusual to not have a name attached to a custom order.

It is possible it can come earlier, just really depends on transport availability.
The good news with your Telluride is dealership is close to plant. So that usually trends towards no delays..

I get absolutely no help from my sales rep. I have called all week trying to get the vin and finally got it in failcat yesterday

Last time I actually talked to her she said my vehicle should be here Monday or Tuesday.

It is not in transit.. It is a few steps away from being In transit. Yes I have followed the communication from your dealer. I really hope this one is yours because everything I have read about your situation doesn't add up to me.

I agree. I called again this morning and she said I have your vin I’ll get it and call you right back (she also said this twice on Monday - I never got a call back)
IF she calls back I’m going to ask what my delivery date is.

I let go of the other one 6 weeks ago, but the VIN popped up on it so I was trying to get an estimate on this order since they were accepted days apart (long story, did my best to make it right).
