Hi @StephenCantrelle ! I have a question about the ETA of my 2022 Telluride. I have been in communication with my salesman at the OH003 (Halleen Kia North Olmsted) about an ETA. When I put the deposit down, the car was already on order and not claimed yet. I put the deposit down on 11/26. At that point, it was showing an ETA of 2/10. Now it’s showing an ETA of 2/17 but the dealership says there is still no VIN for the car. Without a VIN, is it safe to assume that it will not be here that soon?

Hi @StephenCantrelle ! I hoping for a little information on my Telluride. I have been working with my salesman at the OH003 (Halleen Kia of North Olmsted) dealership about an eta. The Telluride I placed a deposit on, on 11/26, was already on order to the dealership but hadn’t been claimed yet. When I put the deposit down, the eta was showing 2/10. It is not showing 2/17 as of today, however, the dealership is stating that there is no vin associated with the vehicle yet. Is it safe to say that with no vin that it will
most likely not be here that soon?

Use the ETA given as a general idea of when the Telluride is coming in around... Still makes sense that it comes in around that date even without a VIN yet

I was promised a different Telluride, which you mentioned was listed as sold internally. Now the dealership is now providing me with this car. No clue what's going on!

@StephenCantrelle - Question for you. You previously provided info that my ordered Telluride was an ETA of "2-5-22, as of today". Are you able to see more progress along the way as the days go by (like, has it been fully built, or it's still being built, it's shipped, it's in transit, etc.etc.) or does your ETA stay the same throughout the process?

Just curious for some insight about: 5XYP3DHC6NG250808

Like, if you were to look it up today, would it still show 2-5-22, or does your source update as the days go by?

There are several steps I can see it in but it would get too confusing to update everyone on here. People don't have the habit of looking one comment up or down or the history of this post.

So the only update I give is if it is In Transit to dealer, if it is showing in dealer stock(arrived to dealer) or just the ETA that is currently showing on my end.

You and me both. Ordered sxp on August 14th. No update until now. I was told 180 days and I don't think that will happen. What wait time estimate were you given.

I ordered an EX on August 14th, at which time I was given an expected ETA of 24-36 weeks. As of today, it has been 21 weeks. So we're still not in the ETA window yet. At least I know that we're not the only ones still waiting!
