No. I got the window sticker and vin when i put the deposit down on the incoming allotment they had. Told me 2/7 was eta on january 7th when i did that. Then you gave me the update showing in dealer stock so i called and they said it wasnt there on wednesday. Called last night and then they told me its been delayed, eventually saying the eta they have now is 2/27. Said its shipping delays and they have no control over that.

Does this sound legit to you? How likely is it that if it is showing as in dealer stock on your end that they are telling me the truth that its been delayed to 2/27. Dont they go off the system you have? I checked failcat(which i admit im not good at) and dont see any others matching my color and options since my vin was created so if they sold it there isnt one coming at 2/27 to replace it.

Just trying to sort out what is happening and would appreciate any insight you have on this one.

Yes we are using same system.. so it does happen every now and then that the car will show in dealer stock but show up a few days later.. but we don't ever see a later ETA(once it shows in DS-dealer stock status).. we just have to blindly wait till it shows up.. So it is odd they are telling you the 27th..

So in your opinion, not facts, this does not sound legit to you? As in im probably being lied to and they have most likely sold the car to someone who offered more than the agreed price i have a deposit down on?

Also as you said it never goes from in dealer stock to then being pushed back weeks, and them giving me a much later eta now this just sounds like blatant lying from them in my opinion.

Is there any legitimate reason they could have for giving me a 2/27 eta at this stage ?

No nightfall. So conflicted emotions. Im gonna believe its mine when im sitting in it at this point. If i get screwed again im probably gonna start considering alternatives unfortunately. Probably gonna bug you until then to make sure no funny stuff
