Track my vehicle

Hello Stephen! Are you able to track 5XYP3DHC8NG259445 . Failcat gives a " bad request" error on the VIN, and I can no longer even see the window sticker.....?? My dealer is in a merger process and they won't have reliable database/computer access until next week! They were thinking 3/15 eta.

It shows up but no information on what dealer it is going to or any information.

Shows it is a EX AWD Gravity Gray with Gray interior.

I have only seen this one time and it was with the rail(Train) transport that caught on fire and Telluride were loss. That may not be what is going on but I think something might be wrong with this one. Sounds like dealer may be seeing same thing and stalling for time to figure out what is going on.

Thank you. The dealer is merging with another local dealer, and they explained that they are now trying to get a new dealer code as the old dealer code would not apply...?. This is the model I ordered, and hopefully it will reassign to me at the new dealer code. Are you able to see a name attached or any other advice?

Do not see names anymore. At one point I did but not anymore. That does make sense btw. Fingers crossed for ya.

How do you know it is sitting in Portland? All my dealer gives me is ETA and in transit. Just curious. :)
