Unfortunately today(2/19/2022) while driving on the local road around 20 mph I sensed a glass shattering noise and immediately I saw a chip/crack on windshield in drivers line of sight. I spoke to local dealer and they said I will have to get it repaired/replaced through my auto insurance. I will contact Kia Consumer affairs and other dealers to see if they could help.

I had the exact same issue with my 2021 telluride, KIA customer said they have fixed the problem with windshield in model 2020 and they upgrade glass with aftercoming models, it has to go through insurance unfortunately with deductible.
