I'm having an issue where the ETA keeps getting moved. Have you found this to be typical as of late or is this abnormal? If it's not normal, who could I contact to figure out a solution? The dealer says there is nothing we can do but wait.

Can you check my carnival again. It got delayed due to some issues with same trim missing power lift gate but after inspection mine was fine and last you checked it was 5/29. Dealer says changed to 5/21 now which I thought would mean it was on a truck (bc others in my area who have same delivery date are on a truck) but dealer says they don’t know how to see that information. Just following up/closing out, I picked up my EX yesterday and couldn't be happier. That especially includes every step of the process with Hart Kia (Salem, VA) which couldn't be better. I primarily dealt with Craig Bell but every person that had any piece of the process were fantastic and I couldn't recommend them more. Also paying MSRP didn't hurt either.

We put a deposit down Saturday at Hart and also dealt with Craig. What was your wait time? He told us 8-12 months, but I'm really excited about getting it and hoping it's sooner.
