Hi, I'm not sure if this is the right place to post this or not. I paid for my telluride back on 4/17.
I was told it was to arrive on 4/22 so I believed them and signed everything.
Even added it to my insurance that following Monday because the loan company said I needed to within 10 days.
So my question is it normal for the date to keep moving 4/22, 4/29, 5/6, 5/13, 5/20, and as of yesterday 6/16.

Salesman has been taking pics of the dates. I can see that It says IT with the ETA date. They also showed me emails of them
having it Expedite request in. Even when Stephen looked up ETA they cordinated with what the dealer has told me.
Dealer has also given me a rental car to use. They tell me it's at the port all this time just waiting for
Kia truck driver to pick it up and delivery it them. That they are waiting on 16 cars at this point.


So has anybody else had this issue with getting the car you paid for?

Might be best to start a new thread so others will see the title and reply easier.

But yes I have been seeing lots of delays on my end while tracking everyone car.

Lack of drivers is definitely one of the factors

I’ve bothered my dealer enough. He told me vehicle is in transit. On Tuesday it was in Pennsylvania and somehow it still didn’t make it to Healy Kia in NY today. Supposedly the delivery date is tomorrow, 5/21.
