Ok thanks you for checking! I was finally able to get my dealer on the phone. He said back on 6/30/2020 that KIA had accepted my order #0007842243 and now that order is completely gone. Do you see anything in your system about it?

Can only look up Vin numbers but sounds like you may Have had a 2020 order that got changed to a 2021.. It should have been re-entered into the system/transferred automatically by Corporate Kia

Anyone know why the production numbers are lower this week than in the last few weeks?

I will reiterate what has been said before - failcat only picks up US productions numbers. The plant builds Tellurides for other countries. US production may be down because they are being built for other markets. That does not mean total Telluride production has been reduced.

Client did full contract on order so was marked Sold internally the day he did paperwork.. (week ago) happens every now and then but kinda rare.. but it a possibility(one of the reasons needed to talk)

Correct me if I'm wrong, but is that what the "Sold" section at the top of this order confirmation means, or am I way off on what you're describing here? Just trying to be sure nothing went wrong when I ordered my SXP this Monday haha

No that’s different.. that is just when placing order in general. You have the option to select “No” if you want to add car to dealers General inventory Or “Yes” if indicating it is Sold to an individual.

what I was referring to before was once the car is built and on its way to dealer... the dealership officially reported the Telluride Sold( as in took delivery) to Corp Kia. Once dealer does this I can no longer track its status of ETA.

Cant check with accuracy anymore... Use to but Kia Corp changes what we can see going to others stores with the Telluride.. so have to wait till Vin is generated

When did this change happen? Wonder if it’s from people using FC to call around ?
