Hello Stephen its me again and after a letter to the COO for the auto group my order from February was placed and accepted. Although they did not give me an order number the sales manager updated me a few weeks ago and said that they started the build and gave me an October 12th delivery date. Are you able to check VIN #5XYP5DHC9MG120580 to see if it is mine (last name McWilliams).

How do you know when your VIN appears on failcat? My assumption is, because you search your trim level/ interior & exterior colors, options and dealership #?

Yes, I believe the easiest way would be to look under the dealer search first then see if you see a match.

It’s a Telluride that was ordered by the dealership and I put a deposit down to purchase on arrival. Thanks for what you do! (Closing in on 1000 posts!)

Thank you. I saw it on failcat and they said no one had claimed it and changed my deposit to that one vs the one I ordered. Good sign lol
