ETA 10-29 does not have your initals on this one.. if you are original order this is wrong one.. If you put deposit on one already assigned to dealer could be one someone backed out of

Yes it is in next step VA status.. which is after FA status and before TN status..

VA status has never been explained to me but my best guesstimate is Vehicle Production Complete.. and little items are being thrown in or installed like floor mats, Tow package or hitch, cargo covers... etc...
