If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my SUV" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your leather interior, please post in the Interior section - and so on... Track my vehicle

Great thanks as always for your assistance.

ETA is currently showing 10-09 as of today in TN status which is Transit Tending.. one step away from In Transit
Thanks Stephen again for your assistance. My Telluride came in on 10/8 and they emailed me to tell me it was in as I was on a plane to Mexico for the week. I picked up my car yesterday and it's beautiful!

I do have a question that maybe you can answer. I took the Kia financing to get the $500 rebate and also because my credit union who I was already preapproved through at a better rate of 1.94% was closed for the holiday which meant I wouldn't be able to pick up the check, but of course after this ridiculously long wait wanted to take the car home. I know and have read in the forum that I can refinance but wanted to know f I refinance now within a week or two of getting the Kia financing, will the dealer be able to take back the $500 rebate I received as a credit?

I might be able to answer. I was going to pay cash but kia was offering a 1K finance rebate. I financed it and payed it off about 2 weeks later and there was no issue with losing the rebate. This was through Kia finance. They even ended up sending me a check for a couple of dollars. Should not be an issue for you.

Good to know—makes sense to take advantage of $1K versus paid in full in cash.

@StephenCantrelle Good morning! If you have the time to check the status of VIN 5XYP5DHC3MG124589 ETA was 10/21. Thanks so much!!

Thanks for the response and that is fantastic that they even sent you some money back! I was going to be reaching back out to my credit union today and know since they had already preapproved me for the loan, that it will be a quick process to do the refinance. The way the dealer tried to nickel and dime me on bogus fees, I know if there is a way they will probably try to get it back. However nothing in the contract said that I had to wait but of course the finance manager said 60 days.

@StephenCantrelle can you please track VIN 5xyp5dhc2mg117634? Thank you!

check with dealer as they have marked it sold as of 10-13.. so can not track on my side

Keep in mind this month it has been reduced to $500. But this is excellent point and a lot of people do this method.

@StephenCantrelle i have a VIN number and an estimated arrival date of 11/25. Do you mind looking this up to see if this is on track? VIN: 0008070207. Thanks!!
This is the internal ID number. Next step will be the Vin number once it is built. Once it has a Vin number I can help with tracking

That's what I thought. Thanks for all the help - some beer money coming your way!

Can you please check the arrival date for this? 5XYP5DHC5MG126201??
In transit to dealer.. ETA showing 10-20.. has a name attached. If you provide your initials I can confirm it’s your Telluride
