I called my dealer - they sent me the sticker and vin but it didn't show up on failcat. Does failcat miss some vins from time to time? Thanks!

Failcat won't offer you any more information than the VIN. There are VINs which do not show up in Failcat. Failcat does not track timelines, etc. It's really good for finding vehicles which might be available or finding your vehicle before your dealer tells you your VIN.

Sometimes the dealers get the VIN's before KIA publishes them on the internet. That's where Failcat gets it's information. By posting your VIN, you could be helping if there is actually an issue with Failcat.

ETA move around quite frequently. Can move up or back in dates

Ask your dealer to provide a screen shot of the KMA WEBDCS Detail Delivery Status. It includes the dates of your build and transit estimates. The dates are subject to change.

Thanks, unfortunately my salesman isn't with the dealership any longer. I will see if I can get in touch with the replacement salesman.
