• Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my SUV" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your leather interior, please post in the Interior section - and so on... We've recently purchased a 2021 Telluride. First time I hooked up our enclosed trailer I'm finding that the
Tail light/marker lights flash and go out. Does anyone know the current this circuit is supposed to support?
I'm assuming it's getting overloaded or it's faulting at a lower current than it should be.
Any info appreciated.
Thanks, Mike
This is with the 7 pin RV connector and a 7 to 4 adapter

Welcome aboard! And thank you for signing up. Congratulations on your new Telluride! What did the Telluride replace for you? I'm glad you found us.

I moved this topic out of the community lounge and into our Telluride Lighting forum...

Did you figure this out? Thinking it would be an issue with your adapter

If you can take off the left rear plastic box under the rear quarter panel that might help determine if your 2021 has the 7-pin harness or a 4-pin harness with universal 7-pin spliced in. Also does your enclosed trailer have lots of lights? Incandescent or LED bulbs? Most enclosed trailers have more running lights than just the basic, that may give an indication on the load. The 4-pin is rated for 5A. Not sure what the Kia 7-pin is rated for.
