• Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my SUV" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your leather interior, please post in the Interior section - and so on... I’m picking up my wife’s 2023 Telluride in Illinois putting it in a 24 foot enclosed car hauler and bringing it up to Alaska. I have been trying to find out the best way to strap it down. The dealer cannot even tell me where the anchor points are. Anybody have any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

When I would trailer a car, one option is to run designated straps through the wheels and then secure to anchor points with hand winches. A caveat is your not compressing the suspension so you will get some body roll. Shouldn't be an issue with an open trailer.

I miss wrote the trailer is enclosed .

Enclosed is ok as long as there is ample room for some body motion.
