Trim above windshield...what’s yours look like?

I have had the car two weeks and mine looks faded and very strange.(it has not sat in the sun at all, garages at work and home) Not sure what the deal is. I had it ceramic coated so that black streak on the left side could be that but overall compared to the other trims it’s faded and nasty looking. These pictures are after I completely cleaned it. Right and left trim just above windshield.

It does look like it might be due to the ceramic coat, have you checked with the vendor?

I will for sure if that’s what it is as it was done by a modesta bc-04 installer and that was not cheap(1700)

One thing I don’t understand though is it is considerably more faded than the other trim on the vehicle. I don’t think the ceramic coating would of done that. And just looks rougher. Anybody take a look at theirs when they can and let me know? Thanks!

I can try to snap a few. Were you on a ladder when you took yours or are you 9’2”??

Did you use a Meguiar product? Someone reported similar problems with their trim after using that product.

EDIT: Never mind, it was for the chrome trim discoloration problem. Telluride chrome trim start to stain and turn orange
