Hi! I'm so glad to see this site. I've been having trouble with my car and the dealer thinks I'm crazy. After reading here it seems to be a big issue and I can tell the dealership to check the AWD coupler! Thank you.

yep, just took mine in yesterday for noise in the back while turning from a stop. AWD coupler needs to be replaced, just under 12,000 miles
ridiculous. it better not go out again.. i know the people in the service department way to good!

Thank you. I took the service bulletin on that part and the tech said that not it. I'm so angry. two dealerships later no help.
