Tuxmat for 7-seater

I am at the Tuxmat facility right now. They are test fitting the 7-seater prototype mats on my Telluride.

I'll post an update when it's done.

Jeez i am a waiting on this for the past 2 months. Please make sure they take measurements of the boot too ... Hope the 3rd row covers the entire middle pathway too the captain chairs...

I have the mats installed. The people there are very nice and professional. Took about an hour to test fit the set.

I'll post my initial review, with pictures, of the mats shortly.

KGZ, thank you for your post a couple weeks ago where you mentioned Tuxmat were looking for a volunteer for test fit. I contacted them as soon as I read it.

Tuxmat already have the 7-seater mats listed on their website.




Here are pictures of mats installed in my car.


I don't like the unecessary flaps under the 2nd row seats. They are held by velcro tape which keep coming off because of poor adhesion.






There is nothing holding down that center flap. You can tuck it in behind the middle row mat.




I wish the 3rd row mat had more coverage.




I'll take more pictures tomorrow.

Is the Tuxmat really that much more expensive than the Weathertech? I went to look at both and saw tuxmat for the 7 seater listed at $400 and some change and the Weathertech was $250. Is Tuxmat that much better?

Hey Telly do you mind posting a few pics of the front seat mats. Having trouble wrapping my head around the square part under the gas pedal shown on the Tuxmat photos. Thanks.

Thanks Telly! The photos on the Tuxmat sight don't show the actual driver's mat. These look very nice and I'll order a set when they are back in stock.
