Just got my Telly (finally...) and I’m playing around with the UVO app. I can set a schedule to start up the vehicle but I don’t see anything g regarding climate. It’s possible I’m just that bad with tech stuff but there are not many options on the uvo app so I feel like I would’ve stumbled across it if it was there. Anyone know what I’m doing wrong??

Yep mine kinda like that too. Keeps showing one safety recall (having to do with child seat attachment ,I think) but you cannot click on the link to see recall. it also messed up my climate controls but that improved when i uninstalled it and reinstalled it. Still cant access the recall otice...

Which model do you have? I have an LX and my window sticker explicitly states I don't have the climate control option with UVO. It would make sense since my climate controls are manually operated with knobs.

If you’ve downloaded the most recent version of the app, the climate settings pop up after you hit the remote start button. They just changed the order of the process. It used to be that you had to set the climate first and then remote start.
You are pressing the "OFF" button. Press the other button and you will be presented with a Climate Control Options.
UVO seems different for US and CDN vehicles or is it a different app all together!!!

The US app recently had an update. The screenshot above is from the newly redesigned dashboard. All other tabs, such as "Remote" appears to be the same as the old version.

I just started having this same issue today. Have you been able to resolve this issue?
If you want to sync the three area, you must adjust the rear temp. using the rear panel to same as front temp. Now when you start your vehicle and press sync all 3 area will show same temp. No need to re-adjust the dials individually.

Mine doesn't do that, check you idle time setting. I have mine set at 3 min. will shut off after 3min.It has happened were i just as got to the door it shut off but it just at 3 min.time set. I suggest to check your UVO app setting.
I have the "S" trim and my window sticker says I have the climate control in the UVO app. in an older version of the UVO App I had the climate control function, but in updated version, I don't. I have called th UVO app people and they told me that only SX and Ex trim have this function.
