• Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
    If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my SUV" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your leather interior, please post in the Interior section - and so on... UVO App Poor Reliability

Hi, I have a 2020 LX (purchased 01/2020) and I subscribed to the UVO App for the self start feature. It has not worked reliably since then. Having called several times for technical help, I’ve had to reset the system several times and most recently I was told that the Verizon signal is poor in my area. I live in Bergen County NJ just outside NYC. Verizon is the primary cell provider in this area. It’s hard to believe that’s the issue.
Has anyone else experienced similar problems?
