If you look in the yellow I have an arrow pointing to I was having an issue with mine but you have to make sure that that is updated so push that button it takes maybe 30 to 60 seconds for the update then engage what function you are trying to use on the app.I just signed up to Kia access today, and found this option. I try to turn it on and keep getting a “cannot process this request” message. Anyone else encounter this?
