• Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my SUV" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your leather interior, please post in the Interior section - and so on... We saw a nail imbedded in the passenger rear tire and used the UVO button on 2022 Telluride SX Nightfall edition (2 months old) for roadside assitance. The call went through after a couple of minutes and they took down the info and said a service provider will be dispatched to change the tire in 45-60 minutes. After an hour and half with no service provider showing up, we called again and they couldnt get hold of the serviced provider by text or call. They assigned it to another service provider who came in 30 minutes and changed the tire to the spare donut. The original service provider has a 1 star in yelp. Question is why didnt the vet the service providers?
